Instructor coordination: Strengthening the team and preparing for winter
Last week, the Snowsports Academy's traditional instructor coordination meeting took place in Bruck at the Glocknerstraße. This annual gathering focused on coordinating training content, jointly preparing for the upcoming winter season, and, last but not least, strengthening team cohesion. The highlights of the event were undoubtedly the engaging workshops and the exciting excursion to the salt mines in Hallein.
A total of 50 dedicated instructors participated in this coordination meeting. Due to the current snow conditions, skiing and snowboarding were not possible. However, this time was used to intensively engage with topics related to teaching, as well as didactic and pedagogical content. This proved to be extremely valuable for preparing for the upcoming season.
A definite highlight of the team-building days was the trip to the salt mines in Hallein. This gave us the opportunity to explore the fascinating underground world. Afterwards, we enjoyed a relaxed pizza dinner in the evening.
The team-building days were a fantastic start to the winter season. The team is now well prepared for the upcoming training courses and is looking forward to a hopefully snowy and successful winter season.
