Snow connects people.
Regardless of nationality, age, or culture, the mountains bring people together and friendships are born in the snow. Inspired by this shared passion for snowsports, the Snowsports Academy was founded to educate the next generation of professional ski and snowboard instructors and inspire them to pass that passion on to others.
AUSTRIAN SKI AND SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTOR EDUCATION
The Snowsports Academy is the Vienna Ski and Snowboard Instructors Association – the official education provider under Vienna state law and a member of the Austrian Ski School Association (ÖSSV).
We educate ski and snowboard instructors for careers in Austria and around the world – from the 10-day Anwärter (Level 1+2) course through to the Landeslehrer (Level 3) examination.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a recognised professional certificate issued by the Vienna Ski and Snowboard Instructors Association – Snowsports Academy, qualifying them to work professionally in ski schools throughout Austria and in many other countries worldwide.
